We all know the workday can be long and stressful and includes a lot of sitting. That’s why more and more wise companies are keeping their edge—and keeping their people thriving—with on-site or virtual Yoga classes.
An alignment focused Asana practice reduces and prevents tension, strengthens the muscles and has a calming effect on the nervous system. The focus is on each participant's body and practice. The positive effect of Yoga will go beyond the time spent on the mat and support your employees overall wellbeing.

30 minute Lunchtime session with special attention to neck, shoulders and wrists. To prevent and reduce workplace related tension in those areas.
30 minute Afternoon Pick Me Up - a short but sweet energizing Practice to get out of the afternoon slump. Better than a double espresso ;-)
45 -60 minute morning classes - set your Employees up with a good start to the day with Dynamic & Energizing classes
